We are driven by our desire to provide and maintain a safe work environment for everyone. We do this by ensuring we provide adequate resources and equipment for achieving safe systems of work, as well as regular risk assessments and reviews of our processes and operating procedures.

Our Work Safe Home Safe Commitment provides us with direction on what our behaviour and attitude should be towards creating a safe and healthy business environment.
We are supported on a daily basis by a third-party Health & Safety Consultancy with an appointed H&S Advisor, who works closely with our Managing Director and Senior Management Teams.
๏ปฟ#WorkSafeHomeSafe outlines our approach to this and highlights the three components that make up the safety commitment: Safe Organisation, Safe Job, and Safe Person.
Training is an integral part of our overall health and safety policy. All employees are suitably trained and have the appropriate skills, experience and qualifications to carry out their roles.
Scaffolders are fully trained CISRS operatives, with adequate experience and competent in their work. Many of our scaffolding operatives have experience in numerous market sectors, including industrial and aviation. Our scaffolder trainees are accompanied by a fully qualified scaffolder at all times, with an emphasis on coaching and mentoring.
We are proud to be members of the following trade associations and working with industry partners to promote and encourage best practice systems of work.
Membership of these organisations provides us with up to date best practice guidance, notification of current and forthcoming legislation, access to training courses and materials, and opportunities to network with like-minded businesses that also put safety and the well-being of their employees and clients first.๏ปฟ
Safety features are designed and manufactured into key OCTO® scaffold components; everything from how the component is handled and fitted, to the system of work that prevents falls from height.
Visual safety checks are possible with the OCTO® joint, which creates a flush top and enables a level working platform that reduces trip hazards and potential gaps in the scaffold platform.
All joints can be visually inspected and resist vibration due to their tamper resistant design, improving the overall safety of the scaffold structure.
Providing best practice systems of work for operating safely at height is our top priority.
GuardAid®, a scaffold positional tool, enables scaffold configurations to be erected without the risk of fall from height.
T๏ปฟhe erection process ensures that the permanent guardrail is fitted before the platform is installed, and before the scaffolder ascends to the next working lift. The use of GuardAid® also ensures the scaffold structure is automatically braced.
